The rain held off this weekend, and we had a great time at camp with our Dad and Me camp program. The seven families enjoyed a night hike with a frog hunt, archery, leather crafting, noodle hockey, bouldering, and of course a couple of camp fires! We look forward to seeing families at our family camp on May 11-12th and during our new family resident camp program July 5-7th!

A Sweet Day
Thanks to everyone who came to our Holiday Gingerbread Event. We had a lot of fun building houses, making snowflakes, and sipping cocoa with all of our guests! We also received lots of donations for local youth. Thank you for helping us support our community.
Check out the pictures below. I think we have some future engineers and architects in the works
We would also like to thank the Boone Hyvee for its ingredient donation.
Fall Weekend Brings Lots of Families and Fun to Camp Hantesa
Last weekend gave us all the opportunity to enjoy Fall at Camp Hantesa. We started out the weekend with a great Family Camp overnight. The next day, family, friends, and neighbors joined us for a fun day at Fall Fest. Candy apples, crafts, a scavenger hunt and other activities provided an afternoon of fun. As the sun began to set, we opened our Haunted Trail. Both screams and giggles issued from the forest.
It was a fantastic weekend!

Mom and Me Camping Weekend
This past weekend, we had our second mom and me camp of the season. Campers and their moms came to camp on Friday and Saturday for a fun time together. Activities included a night hike, bonfire, archery, photography, hiking, and ceramics. We had a great time and cannot wait to see everyone again soon. Check out some of the pictures below!
